About ParkPro Integrations
ParkPro Integrations helps property owners and managers organize private-property parking. Our focus is practical: parking-sign setup, scheduled lot checks, documented violations and authorized towing arrangements.
We welcome apartments, hotels, HOAs and business properties in Knoxville, Kodak, Jefferson City, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dandridge and Hanover WV, plus nearby East Tennessee and Southern West Virginia service areas. We confirm coverage, parking rules, requested services and account terms for each property before work begins.

Our Mission
Our aim is clear parking rules, consistent follow-through and useful communication with property management. We help owners address recurring parking problems through signs, scheduled checks and an agreed enforcement process.
We discuss how reports are documented, who may authorize action, and how residents and drivers can get help. Patrol frequency and service availability are agreed for each property; scheduled lot checks do not provide continuous security coverage.
